Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements using SQL, Excel, and process modeling tools
- Gather and document detailed user requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
- Develop data visualizations and KPI dashboards to drive data-informed decision-making
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and implement continuous improvement cycles
- Present findings to executive stakeholders using compelling data storytelling techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or financial services
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel (including Power Query), and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with bilingual capabilities a plus
- Experience with process mapping (BPMN) and requirements gathering frameworks
