Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and process mapping tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record in requirements elicitation and stakeholder management
