Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks to track business performance
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Support system implementation and change management activities
- Maintain data integrity across business intelligence platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience with healthcare or fintech industries a plus
