Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate requirement prioritization and change management
- Translate business needs into clear technical documentation for development teams
- Conduct UAT and support solution implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with Agile methodologies
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and requirement management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently in remote/hybrid environments
- Familiarity with Sacramento's business landscape preferred
