Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements and translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications
- Create detailed reports and visualizations using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies as the business representative
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback on deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with part-time flexibility
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation skills with experience writing BRDs and user stories
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and process modeling techniques
