Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit business requirements and pain points
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using SQL and visualization tools
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on project deliverables
- Document requirements in JIRA and Confluence platforms
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance sectors
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
