Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and process improvement opportunities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to uncover trends and performance metrics
- Document findings in detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Translate technical specifications into business-friendly documentation
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with proven documentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
