Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables using Agile methodologies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with development teams
- Track project milestones and risks using Jira and Microsoft Project tools
- Communicate project status to stakeholders via weekly progress reports
- Collaborate with product teams to define requirements and scope
- Document processes and create project artifacts (charters, plans, reports)
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure on-time delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Certification in Scrum Master or PMP (preferred but not required)
- El Paso residency preferred (local candidates encouraged)
