Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit and document business requirements for weekend operations.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process maps, and functional specifications using Visio and JIRA.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Product, and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Performance Metrics: Define KPIs and track progress against project milestones during weekend sprints.
- Gap Analysis: Identify discrepancies between current processes and desired business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Tools: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management software.
