Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis requirements gathering and documentation using UML/BPMN
- Develop data models and SQL queries to extract insights from enterprise databases
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and wireframes for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma principles
- Generate executive dashboards and KPI tracking reports in Power BI/Tableau
- Validate solution implementations through UAT and post-implementation reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend/shift work flexibility
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and business process modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating complex requirements
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CBA) highly valued
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations across technical and non-technical teams
