Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and create process maps
- Develop dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Facilitate weekend sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Validate data quality and ensure accuracy of reporting outputs
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
- Experience documenting requirements using UML/BPMN diagrams
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
