Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, requirements, and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to define functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project goals.
- Document detailed business requirements, process flows, and system specifications using industry-standard tools.
- Monitor weekend sprint progress and proactively identify potential risks or blockers.
- Validate end-to-end solutions with users to ensure they meet defined business objectives and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently during the weekend shift with minimal supervision.
