As a Business Analyst at Apex Data Systems, you will be the bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders. You will drive process improvements, translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, and ensure our data infrastructure supports our strategic goals.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define clear business requirements and functional specifications.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Translate complex business needs into technical user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Design and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, data models, and UI mockups.
- Perform gap analysis to ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and validate solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall development methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work effectively during weekend shifts and adapt to a non-traditional work schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
