Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for complex software projects.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including flowcharts, process maps, and test plans.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to define business processes and system solutions.
- Perform quality assurance testing and validation of implemented solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and Tableau.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently during the weekend shift while maintaining high productivity.
