Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and document requirements using UML and flowcharts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop SQL queries and data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Create detailed business cases and ROI projections for strategic initiatives
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and process improvement workshops
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift flexibility
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
