We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team in Omaha, Nebraska. Availability for weekend shifts is essential to support our critical reporting cycles and system maintenance operations.

Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Process Optimization: Create current and future state process maps, workflow diagrams, and user stories to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and development teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear business language.
- Agile Support: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Weekend Reporting: Oversee data collection and generate critical weekly reports during weekend shifts to ensure stakeholders have accurate insights for decision-making.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, test plans, and transition documents.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).
- Shift Availability: Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
