Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct detailed interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs, pain points, and functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights and prepare reports that support strategic decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current workflows and propose optimized solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear, concise documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Use Cases, and Process Maps.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Testing & Validation: Collaborate with QA and development teams to validate solutions and ensure they meet business specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
