Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit and document business requirements
- Analyze processes and data flows to identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical alignment
- Develop and maintain data models and reporting dashboards
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Track project milestones and deliverables using Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables preferred
