Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities through data modeling
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and translate technical specifications
- Create dashboards and reports using SQL, Power BI, and Excel
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) for cross-functional teams
- Validate solutions against business objectives through UAT testing
- Develop process flows and documentation for compliance purposes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and requirement documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
