Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project timelines using JIRA and Asana
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and bi-weekly sprint reviews with development teams
- Track project risks and issues, escalating blockers to senior leadership
- Document project artifacts including requirements, meeting notes, and status reports
- Coordinate stakeholder communications across clients and internal teams
- Support budget tracking and resource allocation under PM guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project)
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant coursework or certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) preferred
