Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and business opportunities
- Document requirements and create process flow diagrams using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics
- Prepare comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations for leadership
- Support system implementation and change management initiatives
- Conduct gap analysis between current and desired business states
- Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms (SQL, Excel, BI tools)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with data interpretation focus
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation skills with experience in process modeling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
