Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and documentation using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to leadership
- Support system implementation testing and user acceptance validation
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with process modeling (BPMN, UML)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industries a plus
