Role Overview:
The Business Analyst will act as a vital bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement, documenting requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and project scope.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional technical specifications and user stories.
- Analyze current business processes and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, wireframes, and system requirements specifications.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, escalating issues to management promptly.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation and document lifecycle management.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a part-time capacity.
