Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and project scope
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and system specifications
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators
- Document findings in comprehensive business requirements documents
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align project objectives
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong documentation skills with experience creating BRDs and user stories
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating data visualization and process mapping projects
