Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including requirements specs, process flows, and user stories
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders
- Validate solutions through testing and user feedback loops
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in agile environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and requirements documentation standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certification (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
