Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and document pain points
- Analyze operational data using SQL, Excel, and Tableau to identify trends and opportunities
- Create process flow diagrams and user stories for development teams
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to track business outcomes
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to align on solution approaches
- Document business requirements and specifications in clear, actionable formats
- Present findings to senior leadership with data-backed recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or sustainability industries
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation skills with experience creating BRDs and user stories
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation abilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in hybrid environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
