Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Document requirements through user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for data-driven decision-making
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to cross-functional teams
- Support QA testing and UAT for system implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
