Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business goals and pain points.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise technical specifications and user stories.
- Analyze current business processes and data flows to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvement strategies.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize solutions.
- Collaborate closely with IT developers and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular progress reports to the management team.
- Conduct gap analysis to determine the impact of new processes on existing systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with requirements gathering tools (JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
