Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization and automation.
- Translate complex business needs into functional, technical requirements and user stories.
- Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and flowcharts using Visio or Lucidchart.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and desired future states.
- Document business requirements, use cases, and test plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions, PivotTables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
