Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit detailed business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process maps, wireframes, and business requirements documents (BRDs).
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and increased efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business units and the IT development team, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
- Testing & QA Support: Collaborate with QA teams to design test cases and verify that implemented solutions meet defined requirements.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and MS Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint). Experience with data modeling tools is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Methodology: Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot issues creatively.
