Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current business processes and desired outcomes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, user stories, and business requirements documents (BRDs).
- Analyze complex data sets using SQL and Excel to generate insights and support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with software developers and QA teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI preferred).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively in a remote or hybrid part-time capacity.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
