Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Create data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams on project objectives
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Document requirements changes and maintain traceability matrices
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution feasibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with part-time flexibility
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and data visualization
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical thinking with problem-solving aptitude
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
