Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and market trends to provide actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Assist in the coordination of cross-departmental corporate projects and internal initiatives.
- Conduct research on industry standards and competitor activities within the Florida market.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and project documentation.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
- Support the budgeting process by tracking expenses and providing variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate or analytical role (internships considered).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and financial models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
