The Role:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions that align with our strategic goals. You will serve as a key consultant to leadership, providing data-driven recommendations that optimize workflows and enhance profitability.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering and analysis with stakeholders to define business needs and technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive business process models, data flow diagrams, and functional requirements documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, and Finance to ensure the successful delivery of business solutions.
- Perform gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired future states.
- Present complex analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions and recommend adjustments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, corporate strategy, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex process improvement initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Advanced), and Tableau/Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, CBAP, or PMI-ACP) are a plus but not mandatory.
