Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports
- Support budget forecasting and variance analysis for corporate divisions
- Develop financial models for strategic planning scenarios
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI tracking reports
- Assist in annual audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
