Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis across departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on forecasting and planning initiatives
- Support due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions
- Maintain accurate financial databases and ensure compliance with regulations
- Present findings through clear visualizations and executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to non-financial stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote-friendly environment
