Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor KPIs and report progress to stakeholders through executive dashboards
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Optimize processes using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience with PMP/Scrum certification
- Proven track record in fintech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and hybrid project frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budget management
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
