Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables through stakeholder collaboration
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget constraints
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and change management protocols
- Track project KPIs using industry-standard tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups)
- Present project status updates to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members in project management best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in project management software and data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage remote teams across multiple time zones
- Experience with budget forecasting and financial tracking
