Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using JIRA and Asana for 3-4 concurrent projects
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with cross-functional teams
- Develop detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and status reports
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify process improvements and best practices
- Mentor junior project staff through structured coaching sessions
- Ensure compliance with PMI standards and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on project management experience in tech or healthcare
- PMP or CSM certification with active renewal status
- Proven expertise with agile methodologies and hybrid project approaches
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and financial tracking tools
- Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of $500K+ projects
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making experience
