Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver milestones
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Track KPIs and provide weekly progress reports to executive stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive contingency planning
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Maintain project documentation in Jira and Confluence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech/healthcare
- PMP or CSM certification preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and Jira/Asana
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage remote and hybrid teams
- Experience with budget tracking and resource optimization
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Local Nashville residency required (for in-person collaboration)
