Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI and cloud technology roadmap.
- Architect robust, highly scalable systems capable of supporting next-generation LLMs and agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to ensure future-proof infrastructure.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of elite software engineers and data scientists.
- Establish best practices for quantum-safe cryptography and sustainable computing.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on AI/ML and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-scale distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps pipelines.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
