Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives targeting the 2026 product cycle.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and data processing architectures.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists to ensure best practices in code quality and deployment.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business objectives into technical specifications.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Quantum ML) to integrate into our core stack.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct technical architecture reviews to maintain high standards of engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a proven track record of deploying LLMs and Generative AI models.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience with MLOps platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and model versioning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
