Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for the 2026 initiative.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers in designing deep learning models.
- Optimize algorithmic performance to ensure low-latency predictions in real-time environments.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex data requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with industry regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
- Research and integrate emerging AI frameworks to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale machine learning products.
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
