Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum AI and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for 2026+ technology ecosystems
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric integration
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and private partnerships
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and technical architects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum or AI advancements
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Experience with UN Sustainable Development Goals tech alignment
