Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design and deployment of our 2026 AI and machine learning roadmap.
- Architect highly scalable, secure, and ethical Large Language Model (LLM) frameworks.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical strategies with overarching business goals.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including quantum machine learning and advanced neuromorphic computing.
- Mentor and elevate a high-performing team of software engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure all AI solutions comply with upcoming 2026 federal and global AI safety regulations.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems into cloud-native, AI-driven infrastructures.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI and Machine Learning.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Deep technical expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade LLMs and generative AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of predictive modeling, neural networks, and algorithm optimization.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of future-proofing tech stacks and anticipating industry trends.
