Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define the high-level technical strategy and roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a diverse team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- R&D Integration: Collaborate with research labs to translate cutting-edge theoretical models into production-ready software solutions.
- System Design: Design complex, scalable distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time processing.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards, review processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go; proficiency in cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Project 2026 Expertise: Experience with advanced AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing concepts is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of driving projects from conception to delivery.
