Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for SaaS and mobile applications using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate 5-10 cross-functional teams including developers, UX designers, and QA specialists
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables using JIRA and Asana
- Facilitate stakeholder communications with executive leadership and external clients
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Optimize resource allocation and drive continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or software development
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success managing complex projects with $500K+ budgets
- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid project methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
