Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders and leadership.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Project Management experience.
- Proven experience with Daily Pay or flexible staffing models is a plus.
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
