Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, while implementing contingency plans to keep projects on track.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) to track progress and report performance metrics.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure external partners deliver value within agreed-upon constraints.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the technology or consulting sector.
- Proven experience with daily pay or rapid payroll models is a major plus.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Professional certification (PMP, PgMP, or Prince2) is required.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
