Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Monitor project progress against budget, timeline, and quality standards
- Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for iterative development
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and status reporting
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with daily pay or contract work
- PMI PMP or Scrum Master certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Experience leading teams of 5+ members across multiple departments
- Demonstrated success in budget management (>$500K projects)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
